Processing times are between 3-5 days to allow me to pack and send your handmade ceramics out with care.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns are not accepted, however if there is anything wrong with your order please reach out to me so we can come to a solution! I'll do everything I can to make things right!
